Gardner Foundation Scholarships and Grants

Overview of the Gardner Foundation 

The Infusion Nurses Society (INS) established the Gardner Foundation to provide scholarships for INS members wishing to pursue careers in infusion therapy and to promote infusion nursing research and educational programs. The Gardner Foundation honors Cheryl Gardner, CRNI®, Past President of INS and recipient of the 1989 Outstanding Performance Award.

Through the awards that are presented every year, the Gardner Foundation seeks to recognize and honor infusion nurses who are dedicated to advancing the delivery of quality infusion therapy, enhancing the specialty through stringent standards of practice and professional ethics, and promoting research and education in the infusion specialty.
