INS Annual Convention and Industrial Exhibition The INS Annual Convention and Industrial Exhibition is the largest convention dedicated to the specialty practice of infusion therapy in the United States each year. It is a six-day event, typically held in the month of May, comprising two meetings: the Spring National Academy on Saturday and Sunday, which features advanced-level education, and the Annual Meeting from Monday through Thursday. The schedule consists of a keynote/opening session, concurrent general sessions, focus tracks, poster sessions, and evening social events. The Industrial Exhibition is open for three days (Monday-Wednesday), with four hours of dedicated exhibit hours each day.
Participants who attend all sessions will earn the following continuing nursing education credits:

INS Fall National Academy of Infusion Therapy and One-Day Program The INS Fall National Academy of Infusion Therapy and One-Day Program, held on a weekend in November, is a great way to earn up to 30 CRNI® recertification units and continuing nursing education units in one short weekend. The education at the Fall National Academy is more advanced, and as a result, participants will receive two CRNI® recertification units for each one-hour session that they attend. The Fall National Academy consists of a full-day program on Friday and concurrent general sessions all day Saturday and Sunday. The Industrial Exhibition is open on Friday and Saturday, with two-three hours of dedicated exhibit hours each day.
