Selection Criteria
In a two-page, double-spaced summary, the applicant must state how he/she will use the scholarship award to demonstrate or facilitate leadership within the infusion community. Appropriate activites may include, but are not limited to, mentorship plans, department or chapter educational programs, or individual leadership skills development. Please do not include your name or the institution you work for in the body of your submission.

Scholarship
$2,500 (up to two scholarships will be awarded)
