The Journal of Infusion Nursing, the official publication of the Infusion Nurses Society (INS), seeks to promote excellence in infusion nursing by presenting new research, clinical reviews, case studies, and professional development information relevant to the practice of infusion therapy. Articles selected for publication represent the broad scope of the infusion specialty and draw on the expertise of all healthcare providers who participate in the delivery of infusion therapy.

The Journal of Infusion Nursing (formerly the Journal of Intravenous Nursing) is published bimonthly by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins Publishers. It is indexed in the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature and in the International Nursing Index. It is also registered with the Library of Congress. Every issue of the Journal is recorded on microfilm.

INS enthusiastically welcomes new manuscripts for consideration. Submit your work for a blind review by your peers in the infusion specialty. Breathe new life into a presentation that you have delivered by sharing it in print.
