INS Local Chapters
Joining an INS local chapter can be an energizing experience. INS local chapters offer infusion professionals the best opportunity to meet with fellow infusion colleagues in their geographic area. Like INS National, many local chapters hold multiple educational meetings each year with dynamic speakers and exhibitors. Many of these meetings offer continuing education and recertification opportunities as well. And as with INS National, local chapters offer you an opportunity to share information with colleagues.
Find a Local Chapter
Visit the Find Your Local Chapter page to find the chapter nearest you and see how you can get involved. This page includes information on the current president and how to contact her or him, as well as a link to each chapter’s Board of Directors. Contact them directly to join, attend a meeting, or get involved. If you’re having difficulty getting in touch with a chapter, contact Maria Connors at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the Board Liaison associated with each chapter.
A list of published chapter events is included in the Calendar of Events page, but it is always best to contact a chapter directly to learn of other unpublished events that might be of interest. There is nothing better than meeting old friends, making new ones, and generally sharing information with one another at a local chapter meeting.
The Infusion Nurses Society has established an International Affiliate Program for professional nursing groups located outside the United States that have a shared interest in the specialty practice of infusion therapy.
