The Infusion Nurses Society offers you the opportunity to exhibit at two unique national meetings each year. Both meetings provide you with the chance to showcase your latest infusion therapy products and services to the best of the best in the infusion specialty, the INS member.
INS Annual Convention and Industrial Exhibition The INS Annual Convention and Industrial Exhibition is the largest convention of infusion nursing professionals in the United States each year, typically held in the May/June time frame. It is a six-day, comprised of two meetings: the Spring National Academy on Saturday and Sunday, and the Annual Meeting from Monday through Thursday. Between 1000-1200 infusion professionals of varying experience levels attend each year, and the majority of them (85%) are involved in the purchasing process. The schedule consists of a keynote/opening session, concurrent general sessions, poster sessions, and evening social events. The Industrial Exhibition is open for three days (Monday-Wednesday), with four hours of dedicated exhibit hours each day. There are also many sponsorship opportunities available, including satellite symposia, exhibitor product theaters, hands-on training opportunities in the Simulation Labs, and much more!
INS National Academy of Infusion Therapy The INS Fall National Academy of Infusion Therapy, held on a weekend in November, is a great way to meet between 500-600 infusion professionals from around the country. The National Academy educational sessions are more advanced and those who attend typically do not attend the Annual Meeting – they prefer to earn all of their required CRNI® recertification units and continuing nursing education units in one short weekend. In fact, over 90% of National Academy attendees are unique, having not attended the Annual Meeting that year. The vast majority of National Academy attendees are also CRNI®s – nationally certified infusion nurses – who are the heads of infusion teams, administrators or business owners. The Fall National Academy typically consists of a full-day program on Friday, with concurrent general sessions all day Saturday and Sunday. The Industrial Exhibition is open on Friday and Saturday, with 2-3 hours of dedicated exhibit time each day. Opportunities for satellite symposia, exhibitor product theaters, hands-on training opportunities in the Simulation Labs, and many other sponsorships are also available.
