Add INS to Your List of Safe Senders

TO ENSURE YOU ARE RECEIVING OUR E-MAILS

INS uses e-mail to send you important announcements about membership benefits, special programs, and much more. Simply put, if you’re not getting e-mails from us, you’re missing out.

There can be many technical reasons for your not receiving an e-mail. Below are key steps to help identify the issues and hopefully resolve the issue. If you are still experiencing problems after going through some of these key steps, please contact us directly at ins@ins1.org.

1. It’s possible that you inadvertently unsubscribed from our e-mails. Send an e-mail to ins@ins1.org with the subject line “E-MAIL ISSUE” and indicate you’re not receiving e-mails from us. We’ll take a look to see if you have been unsubscribed.

2. If your preferred e-mail address with us is your work address, it is possible that your employer has an aggressive spam filter that is blocking us.

To rectify this, you can either change your preferred address to your home e-mail, or work on getting us whitelisted with your employer (usually through their tech staff) specific to e-mail addresses and/or IP addresses.

a.    These addresses must be whitelisted:

i.     Mmsend73.com
ii.    return@mmsend73.com
iii.   magnetmail.net
iv.   ins1.org
v.    mmreturn@magnetdev.com
vi.   magnetmail.net
vii.  realmagnet.com
viii. return@mta1.ins1.org

b.    IP Address

i.    71.245.232.74
