Nancy Mortlock, BSN, RN, CRNI®, OCN
President
Nancy has been a practicing registered nurse in infusion therapy/vascular access for more than 30 years. Her areas of expertise include pediatric intensive care, oncology, and home infusion.
Nancy currently consults in clinical research and infusion therapy and lectures nationally and internationally. She has a long history of involvement with both INS and INCC—as a Journal of Infusion Nursing Editorial Review Board member, past president of INS Inland Northwest Chapter, and member of the RN Exam Council, which she chaired for four years.

Jeanette Adams, PhD, ACNS,BC, CRNI®
President-Elect
Jeanette is currently Research Professor at the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies. She has contributed to a number of publications, and is an active member of the Journal of Infusion Nursing Editorial Review Board. Jeanette is also a member of INS’ National Council on Education (NCOE).

Lynn Phillips, RN, MSN, CRNI®
Presidential Advisor
Lynn is currently Professor Emeritus at Butte College in Oroville, CA. She received the 2003-2004 Butte College Outstanding Faculty of the Year Award, and the 1999 INS Member of the Year Award. She is the author of several textbooks on infusion therapy.

Marvin Siegel, CRNI®

Marvin has been a registered nurse since 1975 and attended his first PICC training in 1992 . He has been involved in home infusion therapy since 1993. He obtained his CRNI® in 2001. He is currently the Director of Nursing for Town Total Health, a homecare company located in mid-town Manhattan. He was president of the Metro-Island, NY, INS chapter from 2002 to 2004. In 2003 he was named INS Chapter President of The Year. He is currently on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Infusion Nursing.

Mary Zugcic, MS, RN, ACNS-BC, CRNI®

Mary is currently a clinical instructor at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. She has been an RN for over 30 years, completing her BSN and MS at the University of Michigan. She has worked in various nursing roles, including administrator and clinical nurse specialist. She first earned her CRNI® in 1995. She is active in the INS' Great Lakes chapter and has served on the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Infusion Nursing.

Angie is an Infusion Therapy Staff Nurse in Oregon. She has served on the INS PICC Module Revision Task and as President of the Lower Columbia INS Chapter. She received the 2010 INS Chapter President of the Year Award.

David Schmick, RPh

David has more than 24 years of experience in pharmacy practice and management. His professional experience includes 15 years as a pharmacist in oncology, along with an extensive background in home and hospital infusion services. In addition to overseeing the pharmacy operations, he has been project leader for Foundations of Quality, Cancer Care Northwest’s innovative performance program that defines and measures the quality of patient care. Foundations of Quality is among the first successful programs of its kind in the nation. It has become a model for oncology practices throughout the Northwest and the nation. David also directs the organization’s research program. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Washington State University; in the fall of 2009 completed the Intermountain Healthcare advanced training program in Health Care Delivery Improvement.

Mary Alexander, MA, RN, CRNI®, CAE, FAAN

As Chief Executive Officer of the Infusion Nurses Society (INS), Mary Alexander is responsible for the management of an international, nonprofit specialty nursing organization of over 6,500 members by ensuring consistent delivery of professional services to members. As Editor of the Journal of Infusion Nursing, a scientific, research-based, peer-reviewed publication, Ms. Alexander writes bimonthly columns for the Journal and has editorial responsibilities for a bimonthly membership newsletter, INS Newsline. She is an editor of the Core Curriculum for Infusion Nursing (3rd edition) and Editor-in-Chief of the new, revised INS textbook, Infusion Nursing: An Evidence-Based Approach. She is also responsible for the credentialing program of the Infusion Nurses Certification Corporation.
