Active CRNI® with 5 or more years of clinical/administrative experience in infusion nursing. Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
Directs and participates in all facets of the activities of the INCC Board of Directors. Serves as role model for all CRNI®s and promotes the concept of certification to the public and other professionals.

Member of the healthcare community and/or related industry with interest in the promotion and advancement of the infusion nursing specialty through certification. Requires in-depth knowledge of current issues affecting healthcare. CRNI® Certification preferred.
Serve as a member of the board that governs the corporation. Promotes certification to the public and healthcare professionals. Attends all INCC BOD meetings. Participates in projects assigned by the chair. Participates in strategic planning activities. Collaborates with Chair to establish goals for the BOD with plan of action and time frame for implementation. Attends INS sponsored events at the request of the Chair & CEO.

Members of the Council serve as content experts who assist in the development of future CRNI® examinations. A typical schedule of meetings would include one in-person meeting and two to three virtual meetings. Currently, however, all meetings will be conducted virtually.
