We’re still riding the wave of excitement from INS 2025, and what an incredible ride it was! Held in the vibrant city of Las Vegas at the Paris Hotel, this year’s Annual Meeting was nothing short of spectacular—packed with energy, innovation, collaboration, and a community more passionate than ever about advancing infusion care.
A Record-Breaking Year
INS 2025 marked a new high in recent history for registration numbers. There were 885 infusion professionals in Las Vegas and 69 exhibiting companies. Attendees from 16 countries participated in person, complemented by 308 virtual attendees worldwide, making it a truly global event.
From the moment the Welcome Reception kicked off, the buzz was undeniable. Attendees connected over delicious bites, refreshing drinks, and great conversation—all while soaking in the warm Vegas weather and glittering skyline.
Hands-On Learning: Preconference Workshops
Before the start of INS 2025, we had two hands-on preconference workshops, offering attendees valuable skills. The morning workshop presented by OPERATION STICK and Civco was focused on Mastering HOB Strategies and Advancing Vein Assessment Skills for PIVC Insertion. The afternoon workshop presented by BD was about Implementing PIVC Excellence. These sessions were the perfect way to roll up sleeves and dive into real-world training with expert guidance.
Dynamic Education
Education remained the heart of INS 2025, and this year’s sessions included 4 track sessions: Vascular Access Device (VAD), Alternative Care Setting, Global Initiatives, and Disease State. With 77 expert speakers from 14 countries, our global infusion community came together to share insights, innovations, and best practices. The Quality Improvement Challenge returned with powerful, peer-presented projects. And who could forget the final session, INS Infusion Therapy Standards of Practice Game Show! Packed with laughter, learning, and fabulous prizes, it was one of the most talked-about sessions of the week. Huge thanks to everyone who participated!
Energy & Engagement in the Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall was buzzing with innovation and activity. Attendees enjoyed a steady flow of food and beverages, interactive product demos, and a chance to explore the latest solutions in infusion care. The INS booth was a crowd favorite, featuring the ever-popular Ask Ivy resource and a lively photo booth where attendees captured fun, shareable memories with colleagues and friends.
